Sole is a unique business. Here are some common questions we encounter about the entire foot sanctuary experience, from start to finish.

Sole Policies
 

Cancellation Policy
Life happens quickly. We ask for 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged at full price.

 

Late Appointments

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, your treatment may be shortened to keep our practitioners on schedule.


Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, and checks.
 

Tipping

Just like at a restaurant, tipping is completely up to you. We don't include a gratuity in any of our treatment prices, but it is customary in the spa industry for clients to tip 10-20%. You can tip in cash or add a tip to your debit/credit card transaction -- all of your tip amount goes directly to your practitioner.

 

Do I need to book my appointment ahead of time?

We don't require you to make a reservation, however we recommend doing so. Walk-ins are welcome, but we might be fully booked at the time. Walk-in appointments should also expect about a 20-minute waiting time between when they walk in the door and begin their session. 


All reservations require a Visa or Mastercard, however you will not be charged until your session is completed. 

Should I call or go online to book an appointment?

Whatever option is easier for you! At this time the only difference with our online booking service is that you are not able book "add-ons" with your treatment. However, you can always follow up with a phone call
(541-797-7944) to adjust or add anything to your online booking.

What should I wear?

We wanna' see your knees! Loose pants or shorts are the best options. You are welcome to bring a change of clothes and use to the privacy of our changing room to get more comfortable.

What should I expect upon arrival?

The only business to take care of when you arrive is to fill out a short intake form that will help us better customize your treatment. You will have a few minutes to enjoy a glass of cucumber water, take your shoes off, and begin relaxing before your practitioner greets you. We do ask that you be mindful of keeping your noise levels down, as other treatments might be in session. 

If you have a reservation, please arrive 10 minutes early.

 

If you are walking-in, our front desk attendant will help you pick out the perfect treatment and answer any questions you may have. 

Can I come with a group of friends?

Of course! Sole is best enjoyed with friends. We have room for six clients at once. We do ask that if you have a group of three or more people, you book by phone (541-797-7944). 

How long will my treatment last?

Our shortest treatment lasts 30 minutes and our longest treatment lasts 90 minutes. The only "add-on" that lengthens your session is the "Divine Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage," which adds 15 minutes. Checking in takes about 10 minutes and checking out takes about 5 minutes. 

Does Sole sell gift certificates?

Yes! We offer a wide range of products and services at Sole, and we understand it’s not always easy deciding on a gift. You can purchase a gift certificate for a specific treatment or value amount, allowing the recipient to customize their Sole experience.
