Sole Policies

Cancellation Policy
Due to COVID-19, we have waved our cancellation policy. We do ask that you call to cancel your appointment. No Shows will be charged full price.

Late Appointments

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, your treatment may be shortened to keep our practitioners on schedule.


COVID-19 Protocol

Our services will be by appointment only. Our online booking is limited but available. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 541-797-7944.

We ask that you come 10-minutes prior to your service and to call once you have arrived. Your massage therapist will meet you at your car and conduct your COVID-19 questionnaire.

We require that both our clients and our staff members wear masks during your treatment. If you do not have a personal mask, we will provide you with one upon arrival.

Unfortunately, there will be no drinks provided, and we ask you do not bring any food into the Footbar. We will have water upon request.

Once your service is complete, your practitioner will bring you to the lobby for payment.

We are spacing our appointments to allow proper time to sanitize all treatment spaces between each service thoroughly.

If you are feeling ill prior to your appointment, we kindly ask for you to reschedule. No cancelation policy will be implemented.

To meet all state and local guidelines regarding sanitation and hygiene, aspects of our services and space will be adjusted. We ask for your understanding when it comes to these changes. If you have any questions regarding these changes please feel free to give us a call at 541-797-7944.
